Is this the correct path? C:\Users\AHH\Desktop\Eurobattle.net

Anyway, you can download the zip from that google drive link manually and change program version in start->run->regedit->HKEY_CURRENT_USER->Software->Eurobattle.net->patch to 8

Then simply extract the archive into your eurobattle folder.
