How to change profile picture?

When I go to MyProfile > Customize My Profile I cant see Photo anywhere :(
If theres anyone polite, to explain it detailed, I d be thankful :thumbUP:

Guide on how to change profile picture:

Ingredients:
1 stick
1 stone

Process:
Burn the stick and throw the stone into the head of the profile to crack it open and change it.
