Problem with Acc Management

Since i haven't played in a while (over 6 months) my old Acc "NebeskaShtrudla" has been deleted, which isn't a big deal but i cant make a new acc using the same email address since it still says that the email is in use.. I don't know what to do and i would appreciate your help
