hy guys,need some help again,after i enter a game immediately it disconnects me,and after that when i try to search for another game it says that my ping is to high,what to do?

i checked the ping value on speedtest.net and the value is 95ms,could the problem be the internet connection?at home i am using a connection with modem,at work i tried to connect with mobile internet and it has low download speed.
