I have got a serious situation here. I realized that the ip which i have been using for 2 years has been banned (21/05/2013). 2 years ago i started living in a dorm and i have been using current network. Ever since there has never been any situation about account or ip lock. As a proper w3 player i have never involved with any " hack " process and i am not related with this ip lock situation.
I am wondering if this ip can be unlocked? and if any authorities can tell me which account caused this ip to be locked? i may ask who possess that nick and talk him about current situation. I have been playing dota via eurobattle.net for a long time and i don’t want to use any other servers because this one is better than others.
