Unban please

I was trying to join a game but I'm apparently banned. The last game I played was a few hours and I haven't left or anything like that.
Can I please get unbanned or at least know the reason?

It shows me invalid user... Are you sure you wrote your nick properly ? And mostly I guess you just dont have new map. There is new version 6.78 uploaded on lagabuse bots (if you play there). DL new map and try again.
