IP Locked - Dota, Playdota.com

Hey guys,

#Before 2-3 Years i was playing Dota on Playdota.com
and i get bann i think ip Bann..i know why because i used Maphack..
But now i am smarter and older.. and i dont play again like that..

Now after 2-3 Years i wont again playing dota here..
And i create a new Account..
But all my accounts what i create is be locked..
Pls unbann me give me this Chance!!

Hmm...
I create a new account and after 1 game,
i get Locked on my account ( my brothers account is to locked ) ... whats the error?
