I wasn't granted access to enter battle.net. I thought that maybe I was banned. I checked the banlist and saw this

I haven't used MH or any other cheat. What does this mean?
I tried to create another account. It worked, but the same happened. When I play one game, the server disconnects me. Then I try to reenter into battle.net with the newly created account and it shows This account has been locked.
