plz help, why cant I enter a game?

When i join an available game it keeps bringing me back to the previous screen.
I'm new at this, so please help and have patience for me not knowing why this is happening.

if you want to play dota, you must run gproxy first and then warcraft

also do not forget when u run warcraft to chose proper gateway (eurobattle.net gproxy <-- that one)

Im already inside the game. Connected to eurobattle.net gproxy.
I click custom game than it lists available games.
I attempt to join a game and then it sends me back to the start. I than click custom game again and try to join games but the same thing keeps happening.

also be sure that you have latest version of the map.

I am already in battlenet. Im connected and in the chatroom but when I attempt to join a particular custom game it wont let me. It send me back to the chatroom.
my gproxy is is running, the program is open and I see the logs.

Unless I have to do something else (?)
I have 126a patch and 6.77c version of maps. Sometimes I get into games but very rarely. Maybe 1 out of 100 times.

Which gproxy version do you have?

gproxy version is 2.0.0.1
and than connect using euroloader. I get to battlenet no problem with my username and password but having problems entering the actual games (battles)

I dont know why I would be banned, I only started playing yesterday and have no clue about cheats or hacks let alone know how to download or use them.
Why did they ban me?
