Incorect version of instaler!!!

hi,

I installed war3 and frozen throne, playing on virtual disk, then I installed version 1.24 and then I went to instal version 1.26a. I also installed NET and C++ but when I start the game on the right lower corner still says 1.24 version and off course it wont connect to the server...

any suggestions? maybe i did the wrong order of installing? I used to play like 3 years ago and back then there was no G proxy... so please help me!!!

well u did not patched properly

use warcraft version switcher and switch it manually on 1.26a version and then reinstall bnet installer again

and how do I do that? version switcher? manualy?

I reinstaled war3 and TFT again but now i tried to instal 1.26a version right away... but it says:
Blizzard PrePatch v2.70 compiled on Jul 7 2003
This program patches Warcraft 3

RESULT: Prepatch failed
