hii. i have strange problam. my acc yogirll at dota. this accont has been locked eror. my friend enflasion try to at team viewer to check his accont. because when he tayp !f he cant see anything just ??. anyway after that i need 2 play but i cant join with my accont. he tell me this accont has been locked. and am go creat another one andi see the same problam. can some one help me plz.

after that all am go 2 freind home with my pc .i think ip ban. but am try 2 play with diffrent ip but still same problam :/

he cant see anything because he is banned.

someone used hack on your computer and you are banned for maphack. Also ip banned for 3 months. Any account which you will use during this period may be banned without any reason.
