Problem starting

Hello all :)
I have a problem, the installation was successful of the patch and euroloader . I set everything as it was described in the faq. I have disabled the firewall to Windows and avast is off yet I receive a message when I start the game with the euroloader exe that I should check the versions of the game. please help
