Error opening Euroloader: Couldn't open Game.dll

Tried /start from gproxy console and also clicking Euroloader. Both give the same error. How do I fix this?

Running Win XP 32
RoC + TFT patched 1.26a
Tried uninstalling and re-installing and it worked.
