Public Cod4 server is online

As I announced earlier we will be setting up some game servers to use our dotabot resources for something "productive".
Cod4 (http://www.xfire.com/cms/stats/) is still one of the most played games nowadays so I decided to go with it first.

After we check around dotabot how much more it can handle we will put other stuff online for sure.

tdm softcore, make it tdm hc and i get 5+ players

It's HC now. Try to be online on xfire in the evenings.

The only reason I am not big fan of HC is that it removes the middle cross and I can't rush around with my shotty.
