Can't connect

Hi i have that error
"You may be trying to connect to an invalid battlenet server bla bla if you are using a modem bla bla...
Already 3 days past and same thing...
Am i banned ip or something?
I did all things, patched, euroloader etc...don't work.I could play 3 days ago if i remember well.
