Can't Open game.dll

Guys I posted this like 2 days ago, thinking I had the problem fixed, but it's not.
The only answer I got from this thread was to download the game for another source, exactly what I did, still same error.
I tried downloading the game.dll file and replace, still same error.
I'm about of options no idea what to do now...

You added any type of no-cd / crack to it before applying the eurobattle.net installer?

You have any second installation on your computer?

Did you do a registry clean after you uninstalled your last game?

niceone, I in the Warcraft I downloaded is even said that it work fine with eurobatthe.net in case you wanted to play it online
I can play it on Single-Player, but when I try to enter the game with Euroloader launcher it's gives me that error.
I'll tell you, the only thing I did was downloaded the game, then downloaded Euroloader 1.26a Patch and launcher, I suppose when I installed one it installed both, placed the Euro loader inside war 3 folder, and always same error.
I even tried with another source of the game, but again I said the same thing : (
