Okay, I had to call my Russian friend to translate me a bit.
First of all, in that video maker insults Virtus.pro that they have cheating way back 2006-2007 what I consider as full lie. As he says there were not some heroes and I am sure Virtus.pro used it in competitive scene back in days.
V5.84c. (The first version with stable competitive mode)
Gon February 28th 2005, not soon after the release of DotA 6.00, after Guinsoo announced his departure from the map-making world, Neichus and IceFrog officially took over development from 6.01 continuing the process of improving DotA. Rumour has it that Guinsoo went into WoW. Neichus had been working on the project since October 2004.

Guinsoo moved on making WoW, new patches etc:
Release date(s) NA - 23 November 2004 EU - 11 February 2005
Link as proof: http://www.wowwiki.com/World_of_Warcraft

As about IceFrog (PPG), he never shows up even as official Valve's member on Dota2 International Tournament , it must be some conspiracy behind the whole story in my opinion.
But, he didn't provide enough strong statements for proving PPG being IceFrog.

those black holes in Dota 1 and Dota 2:

Dota1 (05:09 on video) is obviously old game programmed in WC3 Editor, it's not flexible program, holes might be weird.
Dota2 is still beta version, it has minor bugs.

Example on video is not valid in my opinion, you can't compare Dota1 - Dota2.

On the end of the day.. noone cares who IceFrog is. As long as he keeps coming out with new dota maps I'm fine with it.

Look at 2:20 min of video, it says that guy on right-down corner is Guinsoo.
And if you are more into DotA you should be aware that Guinsoo is not looking like that.

It could be hard-coded into the map. A simple dash command that would instantly wipe the chat after being written and which would modify the AoE could easily be created.
