getting disconnected after game starts

just after a few seconds, when i join a dota game i see lots of pink cubes... pls some help?

Reinstall the game, it has been installed unsuccessfully.

game was installed long time ago... on playdota site it says Dropped due to desync <-

So? There's no clue and now you state two issues;
The first one; Reinstall the game, it can been corrupted over time.
The second one; That's some GHost thing.
