bad replay, bad lane movement, always staying very back, no tp till min 12(with wd, that's just too bad)
bad positioning in fights going first and dying too fast
overall i must say no

I'd vouch Olp, but I can't see mod section subforum so I don't know what is the issue between Tay and you.

As for DR, deny Everything Decay said, plus very bad skillbuild on dazzle normally you would take 1 lvl of grave and than max either poison touch or heal(depending on your 3lane agression- for agressive lane max touch/ if you are babysitting hero you might want to max heal).
