2 seems to carry a regular rifle, unknown symbol on his shoulder (something winged?), some kind of belt on his right (grenades?), face hidden (generic? :p). It's been said before and grunt seems likely.
3 could be carrying a shotgun (not much profile visible) and a large backpack, so I might even say Engineer?
