Temporar server banlist

We do not know exactly how much longer will server maintenance take, but we still have to solve hack cases.

Therefore those who will get banned in the following days won't be able to see their ban on official banlist but on temporar one.

So to repeat.. those who will get banned starting today will appear on temp banlist instead of official banlist. Any older ban can be found on official banlist.

This lasts until server is fixed.
