Unban Request

Here is the link: Linky. (http://eurobattle.net/showthread.php?t=152185) The account Aquila is banned due to usage of level-upping.


Firstly, here is your rule for reporting leveluppers:
- To report a Level up-er, you need at least 5 "valid" ScreenShots.

Since this rule was not fulfilled, I urge you to unlock the account Aquila, or explain why only one screenshot was enough and how did that account get locked with 4 screenshots lacking.


Secondly, even if you do not change your decision on the subject, I strongly suggest you change the 'permanent' lock time to 1-6 month according to this rule:
- Clear case ... - User will have his account locked and IP locked for a period of time, from 1 to 6 months

Mostly no proofs are needed since we can check stats progress, e.g. This acc gained all 25-2 stats on 4th august. Only what can u do is post replays from that acc. Secondly that rule is about ip ban. In this case that acc is not ip banned. Acc is always perma banned for lvl up. This seem some dota player lvl upped 25 wins for icon.
