We are searching for a new mod in Others. You should:

-be active on forum
-especially active in others, constructive posts, not just random spam
-no serious forum infractions
-shiny aura


In a post below, explain to me what plans do you have to keep up the activity of that section.

Well first of all my name is Alex , xpam account is Icy-Svinja or IcypiG. I have no forum either xpam infractions.

More info about me : Well i am student ,18 years old , finishing last year of school this year ,after that i will probably apply for Audio Engineering.

Why i am capale of this job : I am forum moderator on Playdota.eu site so i am experianced with this. As well on Travian forums i was Super moderator and much more.

What could i do : Delete spam and troll ,but it would be tolerated sometimes ,there must always be some trolls and spammers to keep forum alive :) Also i would add more Fun topics ,maybe some good forum games like i added on Travian forum and was succesfull. Maybe add some more contests , with my Photshop skill adding more awards wont be any problem.

I dont lose my temper if someone trolls me , i just ignore them. Same for flames and other stuff. I just delete ,warn or ban depending on his previous behavior.

Bottom line > I would enjoy this job ,forums are the thing i use for couple years.

Hello, I'd like to join Others Moderator because I want to revive Quizzes, they were very nice. Furthermore, I like to have discussions (at serious discussions) too, there is time to troll but there is time to be serious. I like to make constructive posts, but at this forum there are little threads which we can make constructive sentences. I participate at Jokes thread, Funny Photos thread (at Humor Sub-Section) and other secondary threads. I surf at Others section like every section at this forum (ye nolife :p). I am active at forum (every 1-2 hours I visit forum) unless I have internet problems :@
Oh and I was banned at forum once, but it was reversed because a hater was mad at that time.. not serious...
Regarding at "shiny aura", what I understood was if I am good humored and ppl likes me? In general, yes. Ofc there are some haters : |

I think I'll be a good fit for this position because I roam this website alot. I am quite active in terms of peer communication and I am intelligent enough for this job. To do my job, I would do a "player of the week" thread, every week. The four "player of the weeks" will be voted for a "player of the month." Participation in this will be rewarded and the player of the month will get to receive some type of forum reward. Besides these, I would, like some others have said, bring back interviews and bring some more jokes to this forum. I think the best thing to promote activity in a forum is to reward its participants, so I will give awards periodically to attract more posters and viewers. I also like non-dota related stuff, so I think that given this position (which is a "reward" in a way) I will be motivated to be active. I also do know a little about programming, so I won't fail in the programmers corner!

I hope these elements of my personality and what I can do make me a suitable candidate for the job.

I play on this server for about 3 years and if you allow me I can say that I'm kinda active on the gameing platform and also on the forum. I live in Romania for about 3 years and I possess the knowledge to know three languages romania, italian and of course english. Moustly in my free time I enjoy helping others with their thread's such as "help I can't connect to the server, why I'm banned, how can I change my port , gproxy's port , hacks " etc. Also I'm trying to manage some new icons for forum and gaming awards and I'm trying to grow my skills in C++. I think I'm a good person for this job because I have all the time in the world in orther to help all players and the xpam community in order to prosper.
I forgot to mention that i was Admin/Moderator on the RGC platform on some particular communitys , Head Admin on WarArena.net and finaly Head Admin on PvPGN.eu but let's be honest , Xpam is the best priviate community ever . I have planty ideas and knowledge to moderate the "others" forum section :happy:.
