I really wanna improve my skills , i wanna play here with my freind dani ( immortal.faith ) , he told me ss is a very good league , i wanna improve my skill so i wanna play with better players so i can learn dota.

I played on rgc until some days ago... i didn't played any leagues , only pubs / cw's ... but i can learn fast and with faith's help i will improve enough for ss games as support soon.

I don't think you're ready and I am not sure if you personally wrote this request. Either way, I like the fact you want to improve so go get some more experience on ro or whatever and re-apply when you think you are ready, in my opinion.
