Plz take a look at replay be4 u take a decision .. He was afk at the start then he detonated his wisps, after that he started to tell the enemy what i was doying what i was building, what army do i have.I atached one screenshot u can see on it that he is telling me "We get banned for this" .. Well let's think witch we?? I think that he was lvl-upping the enemy.. afk/he say's to the enemy what im doying/lvl-up/teamkill (by refusing to play). I think that he shoud be IP banned..
