Yes, in each country community, there are public bots for citizens coming from those countries, like TR, RO, BR, Balkan, etc.

You being from USA aren't that fortunate tho.

btw, ODL is a Open Dota League that is a open, dota league. I mean, it's open, and it's a league so u can earn icons and flame guys (=get 7 days ban), it's fun.
