ok, so here's a replay of mine that needs some looking at
in minute 25 of the game somebody was accused of hacking just after a teamfight

I'm just wondering if somebody who knows something about this would want to take a look at this replay and could tell me who or what happened
cause if there was cheating going on, I have to ban the person that was doing it

the only thing I noticed was that I was able to cast my ulti twice
no way that the cooldown was gone already
but apart from that I don't know what would have happened
now, since I don't like people that cheat and I certainly don't like being associated with them
I would like to know if it's possible for other players to shorten peoples ulti recharge time or not
and if so if it would be possible to figure out who was doing it
anyway, apart from that, I have absolutely no idea what you would be looking for
I only know that if this is the case
I'll have to tell my friend to get a new bot

He wants us (you) to inspect wether he used keyboard while playing, or just mouse. Cuz we all know using keyboard = hackedd! >:|

fight started at 26 minute smth
cast my ulti on thrall resulting in a kill
after that, I was able to cast my ulti on pudge
resulting in a kill for riki

I didn't have refresher orb
idk if this is a bug or if something fishy was going on here
