{its cause u dont see his nick while discing so if somebody has acc like ^^t3h_pr06845___[imba] he would be free to disc.}

This case is more than clear (has like 2 buildings left surrounded with towers)
Its natural that discer always complain about some meteorit which fell on router or sth...

Clear case for user with +350 games : User will get 1 'noted' status, equivalent to 2 'noted' statuses for non-clear cases. If he is reported again for dischack ( not a clear case ), user will have 2 'noted' statuses, equivalent to 3 'noted' statuses for non-clear cases; but, if the case is a clear disc one again, he will have 2 'noted' statuses, equivalent to 4 'noted' statuses, which will lead to account ban.
