Clan Chieften question

Hello. I don't know if this thread should be in this section of the forum, and i'm sorry if it doesn't belongs here.
Anyway i have a question about clan chieften. Well our clan has no chieften anymore. He didn't appear long time ingame, and now he's not shown in the clan also. So we have no clan chieften and only few shamans(the next rank).
So is this fixable or not, because this way clan cannot be disbanded or managed properly.

Yes, your problem can be fix, you must make a request here (http://eurobattle.net/showthread.php?t=104533) with ur clan name, clan tag , who has the chieftan, and who will you want to be the new chieftan, and wait that Smurf or another ADMIN to respond you.
