It ain't the first time he insults like this and I simply can't tolerate this anymore.
First image, english insults, I think you will understand what he said.
Second image, first part racism about romanian players and some serbian insults.
Third image, english family insults and some more serbian insults.
Fourth image, more english insults.
Some of the insults are caught in more than one image.
For the second and the third images insults, the serbian to english translate would look something like this:
" Fuck you all to pick this might all understand you"
" All you fucking Romanian farmers to "
( I'm not 100% sure and my translation doesn't really make sense because I'm not a speaker of that language )
After the 4th image I couldn't tolerate anymore so I had to use /squelch command. Anyway, I believe that if I wouldn't had used it, the insults would have continued.
