Game is not starting

i installed wc3 and wc3tft and the other stuffs to play in eurobattle.net when i click the icon euroloader.exe nothing is going to happen i have done the same things in my xp computer and i was playing nicely but in vista nothing is happenning when i click the euroloader
i have eurobattle.net 1.0.19 and it says server status is off is problem hire?
what should i do ?

Try running euroloader with admin rights.
