mby banlist bug?

i know that he got locked and ip baned...and now i see him in channel ( blood_thirsty) mby u gave him unban ip cuz of his cafe? but still acc should be locked. Check it pls.

his status was changed to ladder banned. Anyway all we have is ss of him entering games. For example amidamaru cant host and when he is searching for games he enters like 10 games per minute and doesnt get anything cause when he cant host and his opponent either game ends with bug and doesnt get anything. If in report would be screen with stats before and stats after then we could ban him gladly.
